Privacy Policy
Smart SIP · Last updated 14 September 2026
Everything you calculate and save in Smart SIP stays on your device. There are no accounts, and the app never sends your figures anywhere.
The app is free because it shows ads from Google AdMob. To serve those ads, Google collects some information about your device, described below. Where the law requires it, you are asked for consent first, and you can change your choice at any time.
Who this policy is from
Smart SIP (“the app”) is published by iosmantra (“we”, “us”). If you have a question about this policy, write to imayanknegi29@iosmantra.com.
Information we collect
We do not collect personal data ourselves. The app has no sign-in, no user accounts, and no analytics of its own. It does not ask for your name, email address, phone number, or financial account details, and it has no access to them. Your calculations and saved projections are never sent to us or to anyone else.
The app does include Google’s advertising software, which collects the information described under Advertising. That information goes to Google, not to us.
Information stored on your device
The app keeps the following on your own device. None of it is transmitted to us.
- The projections you choose to save, and small preferences such as whether the step-up option is switched on.
- Your advertising consent choices, if you were asked for them, so that you are not asked again on every launch.
- Simple counters that limit how often full-screen ads appear, such as when one was last shown.
- Clearing history inside the app deletes your saved projections.
- Deleting the app removes everything it stored.
Advertising
The app displays advertisements served by Google AdMob, a service of Google. Ads appear as a banner on some screens and as occasional full-screen ads between actions, limited in how often they can appear.
What Google collects
To show ads, measure how they perform, and prevent fraud, Google’s advertising software in the app may collect:
- The advertising identifier of your device (Apple’s Identifier for Advertisers), only if you allow tracking. See Tracking permission.
- Device data, such as device model, operating system version, language, and app version.
- Usage data, such as which ads were shown, whether you tapped them, and basic information about how the app is used to show them.
- Approximate location, derived from your IP address. The app does not use your device’s precise location.
Google processes this information as an independent company under its own policies. Google explains how it uses information from apps that use its services on its page How Google uses information from sites or apps that use our services. See also Google’s Privacy Policy.
Consent in the European Economic Area, the UK and Switzerland
If you are in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom or Switzerland, the app shows a consent form from Google the first time it opens, before any ads are requested. The form lets you:
- agree to the use of your data for advertising,
- refuse it, or
- choose individual purposes and advertising partners.
Your choice decides what kind of ads you see. If you agree, ads may be personalised to your interests. If you refuse, the app still works in full; Google may show you fewer ads, with limited or no use of data stored on your device and no personalisation. Some processing, such as preventing fraud or measuring ads, may rely on Google’s legitimate interests, and you can object to this in the same form.
You can change your choice at any time: open the menu in the app and tap . This option appears wherever the law requires the choice to stay available.
Tracking permission (iPhone and iPad)
Before the advertising identifier can be used, iOS asks whether you allow the app to track your activity. If you allow it, ads may be more relevant to you. If you ask the app not to track, the identifier is not available to the app or to Google, and ads are shown without it.
You can change this at any time in . Turning off “Allow Apps to Request to Track” there denies tracking to every app.
If you send feedback
Choosing “Send feedback” opens a message addressed to us, prepared in your own mail app. Nothing is sent until you send it. So that a report can be acted on, the draft includes the app version, your device model, the operating system version, and your device language — all visible in the message body, where you can edit or delete them before sending.
When you send it, we receive your message and the email address you sent it from. We use these only to reply and to investigate what you reported.
Ratings and reviews
The app may ask whether you would like to rate it, and the Rate option opens its App Store page. Ratings and reviews are handled entirely by Apple under Apple’s own privacy policy; the app does not see who reviewed it or what was written.
Children
The app is a general-purpose calculator and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone, of any age, and the app’s ads are not intended for children.
Your rights
We hold no personal data of yours, so there is nothing for us to export, correct, or erase on request. Data kept on your device is under your control and can be removed as described above. If you have written to us, you may ask us to delete that correspondence by replying to it.
For information Google collects through ads, you can:
- change or withdraw your consent under in the app’s menu, where available;
- deny tracking in ; and
- exercise your data rights with Google as described in Google’s Privacy Policy.
If you are in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom or Switzerland, you also have the right to complain to your local data protection authority.
Changes to this policy
If the app’s handling of data changes, this page will be updated before or alongside that release, and the date at the top will change to match.
